Emmanuel Baptist Church desires to meet both the spiritual and physical needs of families and individuals in our community. Through team sports, a person can learn sportsmanship, personal discipline and team building skills that will also help in the spiritual aspects of life. We have found that people who would never attend a church service will participate in a sports program. It may be through the vehicle of recreation that they meet the person of Jesus Christ.

- Shelia Schmotzer, instructor, has over 25 years experience offering professional instruction, teaching and coaching. Shelia also serves as an adjunct professor for the Coker College P.E. Dept. in the area of tumbling
