Take I-95 North to South Carolina's Exit #150 (Highway 403 / Timmonsville), which is located at the 150 mile marker. Exit and turn left on Highway 403. Continue on Highway 403 into Timmonsville. At the traffic light in Timmonsville, turn left and continue north on Hwy 403. Approximately 20 miles from Timmonsville, Highway 403 merges with Highway 15. Continue on Highway 15 into Hartsville. After crossing over Highway 151 (a 4-lane highway), Highway 15 becomes Highway 15 Business / 5th Street. Continue through downtown Hartsville. After crossing the lake, Emmanuel Baptist Church will be approximately 5 miles further on the right.

Take I-77 South to Highway 485 East. Follow Highway 485 East to Exit 61 (Highway 521 / Johnston Rd). Take Highway 521 South approximately 25 miles into Lancaster. Highway 521 bears off like and exit to the right. Continue on Highway 521 South for approximately 3 miles until you reach Highway 903. Go east on Highway 903 towards McBee / Myrtle Beach for approximately 15 miles and it will bear towards the right. Continue on Highway 903 for another 11 miles until you reach Highway 151. Turn right onto Highway 151 South and follow it towards Hartsville. At the traffic light, turn left onto Highway 15 which will become Highway 15 Business / 5th Street. Continue through downtown Hartsville. After crossing the lake, Emmanuel Baptist Church will be approximately 5 miles further on the right.

Take I-20 East to Exit 116 (Highway 15 / Bishopville). Turn right off the exit ramp onto Highway 15 North. Stay on Highway 15 all the way into Hartsville (approximately 20 miles). After crossing over Highway 151 (a 4-lane highway), Highway 15 becomes Highway 15 Business / 5th Street. Continue through downtown Hartsville. After crossing the lake, Emmanuel Baptist Church will be approximately 5 miles further on the right.

Take Highway 52 to Highway 151. Highway 52 makes several turns before arriving at Highway 151, so be on the lookout for the following landmarks: Highway 52 turns left just before Darlington. There will be a McDonald's on the right and a Chevrolet dealership on the left. Turn left at that traffic light. Once you pass Burger King and Eckerd Drug Store, the exit ramp for Highway 151 will be on the immediate right just before the underpass. Turn left onto Highway 151 towards Hartsville and follow it to Highway 151 Business (the traffic light just past Rick's Pawn Shop). Veer right onto Highway 151 Business / 4th Street. Just before the underpass, turn right at the Landmark Inn and take the ramp onto Highway 15 Bypass. Emmanuel Baptist Church is approximately 3 miles further on the right.
